Approximate download time: 10-15 minutes. Due to the large file size download speed will vary. If you are having issues you may want to wait 24 hours and try again. Your computer should allow you to continue with all other functions while you are downloading.

INSTRUCTIONS: please read through before continuing to the download page.

• Turn off "Pop-Up Blockers"
• Go to the download page (link below), click on the zipped folder called "HGICateringMenuDesignKit.zip". A window will pop up asking for a user name and password — type them exactly as shown below - they are case sensitive.
• After you are logged in, a new window will pop up asking to Open or Save the file. Select "Save". Do not choose the Open option since the templates have to be downloaded in their entirety. You will see a progress window so you can keep track of the download.
• Once the file is completely downloaded and unzipped, open the file titled "HGI Catering Design Kit Overview" and read through the instructions before beginning. This step-by-step manual will walk you through creating your catering menus, adding photos and copying and pasting food items.
• If you would like help with the templates, a great resource would be to hire a local high school or college student who can work with the templates. While the templates aren't difficult to use, sometimes someone already savvy about graphics is a help.
